Willow Ridge Retreat is designed to nurture your spirit and inspire your creativity.

Willow Ridge accommodates up to 12 people in this spacious and relaxing atmosphere.

This Minnesota Scrapbooking Retreat and Minnesota Quilting Retreat is a two level luxurious retreat.

There is oak woodwork throughout the home with a large, open kitchen, living room and dining room.

The kitchen is stocked with all the supplies you will need to prepare your own meals, or have our catering service do the work for you.

Bedrooms: Main floor – 1 bedroom with 3 twin beds and 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds. Lower level – 2 bedrooms with 2 twin beds and 1 bedroom with 3 twin beds.

Bathrooms: Main floor – 2 full bathroom and a 1/2 bathroom. Lower level – 1 full bathroom.

Add a 3rd night to your stay for $300 plus tax OR $45 plus tax per person (3 people minimum).

Additional Rate Information

May-August

Full group booking receives a third night free.

Small group rates of $68 per person per night plus tax (3 ppl min.) are available. Free night not available for small groups.

Hourly Rates

Hourly rates may be available, call for a quote.

Policies

Sales Tax

Sales tax of 7.375% to be added to all the above rates

Deposits

A $200 deposit is due upon reservation to reserve your stay

Deposit is non-refundable, unless notice of cancellation is made within 90 days of your stay.

Payment Information

Full payment is due within 30 days prior to your stay.  If payment is not made within 30 days, your credit card will be charged for the full rental amount.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation: Requests to cancel a reservation need to be made to skreiner@hutchtel.net within 90 days of the reservation. If less than 90 days notice is given, the full amount of the reservation will be forfeited.

Arrival/Check-out times

Check-in is at 3 pm / check-out time is at 12 noon. If there isn’t another group scheduled to come, then you may request a later check-out time.  Any check-in time requested before 12 pm will have an extra $25 + tax fee added.

    60 miles west of the Twin Cities

    Take Hwy 212 west to Glencoe. Take Hwy 22 North to Hutchinson, until you get to County Road 115 (Airport Rd), and take a left. Drive until you get to County Rd #25 and take a left. Willow Ridge will be the second place on your left. There is a long driveway with a sign at the road.

    If coming from Hwy. 7, take that west until you are just about to Hutchinson. You will take a left onto Hwy 22 and then drive until you reach County Rd 115 (Airport Rd) and you will take a right. Drive until County Rd 25 and you will take a left. Willow Ridge is the second place on the left with a long driveway and sign at the end of the road.

    50 Miles south of St. Cloud

    Take Hwy. 15 south through Hutchinson. At the roundabout near Menards, take the east County Rd 115 exit (the third exit of the roundabout) and follow that until County Rd 25. Here you will take a right. WIllow Ridge is the second place on the left with a long driveway and sign at the end of the road.
